- ALL returns must have your order number on the box AND on the RMA Form below to be included with your return. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on all exchange transactions.
- All Returns must be returned in their original wrappers, with all warranties and owners manuals (if applicable).
- All wetsuits must be folded as they were shipped to avoid permanent creasing.
- All returns must be post marked within 10 Days of your receipt of the order.
- Please note: if you item was a video, DVD, book or a custom order it is non-returnable (i.e. custom wetsuits, custom spearguns etc.). But may be covered under manufacturers warranty against defects.

Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 60 days
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by The Spearfishing Store are subject to this Standard Return Policy. Unused merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original invoice date for a refund, or within 60 calendar days of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Limited 30-Day Return Policy

This is our Detailed Limited 30-Day Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (products for which The Spearfishing Store states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to The Spearfishing Store within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Additional coverage, if any, is provided solely by the product's manufacturer(as indicated by such manufacturer).
Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy

This is our Detailed Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy. Products that state "This item is covered by The Spearfishing Store’s Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy", or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to The Spearfishing Store within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item only.
Manufacturer's Warranties

The Spearfishing Store does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through The Spearfishing Store are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS
Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items due to improper care, use, handling, or modifications cannot be returned to The Spearfishing Store. If a physically damaged item is returned to The Spearfishing Store, the item will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
Combo Specials
Combo Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within the applicable return policy period. If a Combo item is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if the combo discount was $20, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $20 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If an item is returned to The Spearfishing Store after the product has been discontinued, if The Spearfishing Store no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either The Spearfishing Store can send a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
